At Curio Corner, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality, customized products. Since our products are personalized, we have a specific return and refund policy to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

Return Policy

Custom Products: As our products are custom-made (personalized T-shirts, hoodies, etc.), we do not accept returns unless the product is faulty or not as described.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives defective, damaged, or with errors in the customization (e.g., incorrect spelling, wrong design), you can return it for a full refund or replacement.

  • Incorrect Product: If we send you the wrong item (e.g., incorrect size, color, or design), you can request a return for an exchange or refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized products are non-returnable unless they fall under the above conditions. For non-customized products, we follow the same return policy for defective or damaged goods.

Timeframe for Returns: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your product if you want to initiate a return due to defects or incorrect items.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only provided in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Refunds will not be issued for customer errors in customization (e.g., spelling mistakes, wrong design choice).

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • In case of payment through cash on delivery, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, depending on your preference.

Refund Amount:

If your return is approved, we will refund the total amount paid for the product, excluding shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
